In the framework of the European REWIRE project, the Technical University of Crete, Metropolitan College, ReadLab and LRQA Hellas organized on 23 April 2024 the 3rd and last Information Day on REWIRE courses, aimed at students and professionals in the field of Cybersecurity. The event started with a welcome and then Penelope Kyranoudi from the Technical University of Crete presented the REWIRE project. This was followed by the guest speeches, with Konstantinos Maggos from the National Cybersecurity Authority of Greece explaining the role and work of the authority and Spyros Borοtis from Maggioli SpA presenting the CyberSecPro collaborative project.

The information provided by the guest speakers on the role and work of the National Cybersecurity Authority of Greece, as well as the presentation of the CyberSecPro collaborative project, attracted the attention of the audience. At the same time, they provided links to the European Cybersecurity Competition (ECSC), the SaferInternet4Kids action and the CyberSecPro collaborative project through the MS Teams platform.

In the second part of the event,  Myrto Siapardani from Metropolitan College presented the REWIRE courses, followed by Olga Karamichalidou from ReadLab who demonstrated the REWIRE Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). Finally, Fotini Georga from LRQA provided information on the REWIRE Certification.

During the event, the Greek REWIRE partners answered the questions of the participants.  The audience showed great interest in the information provided by the REWIRE courses, the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and the corresponding Certifications. In addition, links to the REWIRE course VLE and Certifications were distributed.
