During the RESSI 2023 (Rendez-Vous de la Recherche et de l’Enseignement de la Sécurité des Systèmes d’Information) Conference organised by the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) in Neuvy-sur-Barangeon (France) from 10 to 12 May 2023, Mr. Hervé Debar (Télécom SudParis) and Mr. Matthews Jose (University of Lorraine) presented the REWIRE project and the Blueprint.

With a focus on cybersecurity, network security, and data privacy, the Conference brought together researchers, educators, and industrial practitioners who presented and discussed the latest developments and challenges in the cybersecurity field. The main activities included paper presentations, keynote speeches, panel discussions, workshops and poster sessions.

During the conference, Mr. Debar and Mr. Jose presented the objectives and key results of the REWIRE project. Firstly, they highlighted the objective of developing and sharing cybersecurity knowledge by elaborating the project’s focus on establishing a collaborative platform for sharing knowledge and expertise among cybersecurity experts in Europe, as well as the project’s commitment to promote innovation and technology transfer. Secondly, Mr. Debar and Mr. Jose discussed the project’s efforts to strengthen European cybersecurity capabilities where they highlighted the importance of cybersecurity education and skills development, and expanded on the tools available to the public, such as the job analyzer, cybersecurity courses and trends report. Lastly, they emphasised the REWIRE’s engagement with policymakers and standardisation bodies.

The above-mentioned points were presented during a 30-minute panel discussion and a 10-minute Q/A session. The audience was welcomed the presentation and took part in filing in a REWIRE survey. Following the presentation, the REWIRE poster was displayed for 1 hour at the poster session.
